Inside my Jewellery Box with Misa Zahar, Creative Director of Banneya London
Here at Banneya HQ, Misa Zahar is our chief jewellery enthusiast and her shimmering collection is something to be proud of. Misa has had a longstanding love affair with fine jewellery and some of her pieces are definitely amongst her most prized possessions. We delved into her jewellery box and to find out more about why her fine jewellery is so important to her.
Most Worn Item
The Banneya Honeycomb ring/ When we were just starting out this was the first piece we designed in-house and it’s become somewhat of a lucky charm for me, I wear it to important meetings, and every day to remind me how far we have come.
Most Nostalgic Item
A set of pinky rings in three golds emerald hat used to belong to my mum, we found it recently going through our Paris apartment and now I wear them all the time!
Most Loved Item
My first Repossi ring, bought 8 years ago which I wear on the middle finger and single-handedly reignited my love of yellow gold. I was introduced to the brand by a great friend and jewellery expert and have loved all their collections since!
My Chanel Camelia Necklace, my mother’s 30th birthday gift to me. I love how delicate and strong it is, it looks stunning from far and up close with a gorgeous central diamond that sparkles under any light.
