Returns

Returning your Banneya London jewellery is easy. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you have 14 days from date of delivery to return it to us in perfect condition, with its original packaging. Items should be returned new, unused and with all the Banneya London tags still attached for a full refund.

FROM THE UK

We will process the return as soon as possible but please note that depending on your bank, the refund can take between 5-10 working days from the date we receive your parcel to show on your account.

FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

To arrange a return simply contact us by phone on +44 (0) 207 117 6039 or by email at customercare@banneya.com to arrange a return. Any duties and taxes paid will be included in the refund.
